The Larch March Workshop
Explore the rugged area of the Northern Bitterroot mountains connecting the historic towns of Wallace and Avery known as Moon Pass during peak Larch colors.
Saturday,October 24th, 2020
Moon Pass is a 30 mile long dirt road that traverses the rugged and mountainous backcountry between two historic towns in the Idaho Panhandle. Equally rich in history and beauty, this pass runs right through the heart of where the 1910 fire once raged and follows the path of the old Milwaukee Railroad through several historic railroad tunnels. Beyond the history you will find expansive vistas overlooking the Bitterroot Mountains and the glacial blue water of the North Fork of the St, Joe River.

Take your photography to the next level
This workshop is your chance to capture stunning images that you can be truly proud of while getting one-on-one instruction and guidance from professional outdoor photographer Chris Celentano. Explore some of the most remote country in North Idaho while also learning how to take your images to the next level. This is the return of the highly acclaimed Larch March Workshop that first took place in 2018. Moon Pass is one of the best places in the Northwest to view the annual change of color for the famous Western Larch that grows tall all over our mountains. If you missed last year's trip, make sure you don't miss out on a second opportunity.
